About Mr. Katz.com

Made by Jonny Carroll a 04-05 student of Mr. Katz. This site is dedicated to Mr. Stephen Katz. Probably the best teacher to ever live. Mr. Katz taught Communication Major Studies (CMS) and intro to Radio-Tevelvision-Film (iRTF) at the high school Plano East. aka PESH.  He was always really close to his students and cared deeply for them. I consider Mr. Katz as one of my best friends and so do many other students.

Steve Katz passed away on October 18th, 2005 while battling cancer. He may no longer live on, but the lessons he has taught us will. He has always pushed me in a gentle way to achieve things I never thought possible. His movies will live on as well. Not only has he written for several TV episodes and the motion picture "The Contract" that will be coming out soon, but also has trained and inspired many young men and women to produce art that will last for eternity.
