Planning your safari
The right safari starts with what you want to experience. We help you choose lodges, decide how long to stay and make the connections between them work for your trip.
How do I build a safari with Mr Katz?
Choose lodges from our safari collection, select your arrival date and add the nights you would like at each stay. You can also tell us what you have in mind and ask us to suggest a route. Send your itinerary as an enquiry so we can check availability and the details.
Are safari prices per person or for the whole lodge?
Check the pricing basis beside each rate. Some stays are priced per person per night; exclusive-use properties may be priced for the whole villa or lodge. The dates, number of guests and any minimum stay requirements can affect your quote.
Why does my safari say price on request?
One or more stays need a quote for your dates and party. We do not show a partial total as the price of the whole trip. Our team checks the missing rates and availability, then sends you a proposal with the full price.
Can I add a city or beach stay to my safari?
Yes. Tell us where you would like to go before or after your safari. We can help choose a hotel and work through the travel connections, rather than assume every destination fits the same route.
